Data Controller
The data controller for this service is Privra (contact: privacy@privra.de). We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: account information (name, email, company), billing data (processed by Stripe — we do not store payment card details), and basic usage logs (access timestamps, feature usage) for service operation. We do not use tracking or analytics cookies.
File Processing
Files uploaded for processing (PDF conversion, image editing, etc.) are handled in memory or temporary storage on your dedicated instance. Files are automatically deleted immediately after processing. We do not access, read, or retain your files.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. acting as our payment processor. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data. We receive only confirmation of payment status, not your full payment details.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies for session management and authentication. No marketing, tracking, or third-party cookies are used.
Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of account closure, unless longer retention is required by law (e.g., tax records). Processed files are never retained.
